Please be advised of the following: (and I encourage you to read everything listed before making a purchase)

• I use USPS Priority Mail small flat rate boxes and simply charge their rate for for all purchases that are to be shipped. I will combine items so that you have only one shipping fee.

• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply let me know within 7 days, return the item in the same condition as it was received, and I'll refund the purchase price.

• If you would like to pick your jewelry up directly from me in Lexington, NC, please contact me prior to completing your purchase on Etsy. I will adjust the Etsy listing and remove the shipping fee. You can then make arrangements to pick up your new jewelry directly from me. Also, you do not need to be a member of Etsy to buy on Etsy.

• I ship only within the United States. I try to have all shipments processed and in the mail within two business days of your order.

• I accept credit card or funds transfer payments via PayPal, Square, or Venmo. 

• The chains that I make available for purchase with a pendant are very nice sterling silver snake chains with a lobster clasp.

• I offer an adjustable leather cord option on some items. The cord uses two slip knots which allow the wearer to make the loop larger to place it over the head, and then snug it down to the desired length. If the pendant you want does not have this option listed, and you want it, simply let me know and I'll adjust the listing or simply ship a cord with the pendant.

• For sales within North Carolina, I do charge state sales tax. This is automatically calculated at checkout for residents of North Carolina. There is no sales tax for shipments outside of NC.
